山蘇含有豐富的維他命A、鉀、鐵質、鈣、膳食纖維
具有利尿、預防高血壓、糖尿病的食物
*烹煮時不易變色,食用時香脆可口,無苦澀異味

材料:山蘇150g、枸杞5g、薑5g
調味:橄欖油(黑麻油)、鹽、糖
步驟:
1.將所有食材洗淨
2.山蘇切段、薑切絲

3.鍋中放少許的油,薑下鍋炒香

4.山蘇入鍋,加鹽、少許的糖,加50cc水,燜約3分鐘

5.起鍋前放入枸杞拌炒一下,即可起鍋
