材料:波特貝勒菇2朵

醬汁:素蠔油1匙、研磨黑胡椒粒、鹽2g、糖2g

步驟:1.特貝勒菇洗淨,用餐巾紙擦乾水份
2.把蒂頭栽除,另外處理,正背面以刀子劃井字

3.調醬汁:素蠔油1匙、研磨黑胡椒粒、鹽2g、糖2g+50cc水

4.醬汁煮開,熄火起鍋

5.將波特貝勒菇入醬汁中,醃置20分鐘

6.鍋中放少許的油,將醃製好的波特貝勒菇排入鍋,以小火慢煎至菇菇變軟
