材料:杏鮑菇200g
粉:地瓜粉30g、麵粉30g、鹽、胡椒粉
步驟:
1.杏鮑菇洗淨,切成片狀
2.調粉:地瓜粉30g、中筋麵粉30g、鹽、胡椒粉拌勻
3.杏鮑菇洗淨擦乾,裹上煎粉

4.不沾鍋中放油,將裹粉的杏鮑菇入鍋煎至兩面金黃色,即可起鍋
